Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 45 ml espresso
  • 30 ml Spanish brandy
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 coffee beans


  • Pour brandy into an espresso cup with sugar and coffee beans.
  • Use the coffee machine's steam nozzle or a Bunsen burner to heat the liquid.
  • Set light to the heated brandy.
  • Prepare a fresh espresso in a pot and use it to extinguish the burning brandy.
