Carribean Coffee

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 2 x 45 ml espresso
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • ½ tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 30 ml pineapple juice


  • Put the ice cubes, espresso, sugar, cocoa powder and pineapple juice in a shaker.
  • Shake for about 20 seconds so that the espresso cools immediately.
  • Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses.

Serving suggestion

Decorate with a piece of pineapple and cocoa powder.
