Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 100 ml coffee
  • 80 ml strawberry purée
  • 20 ml whipping cream
  • 8 ice cubes


  • Put the ice cubes in a shaker.
  • Prepare the coffee in the same shaker and add the remaining ingredients.
  • Shake for about 20 seconds so that the espresso cools immediately.
  • Pour the mixture into a large decorative glass.
